Why is 2Pac regarded as the best rapper if Grandmaster Flash did the same thing?

Tupac talked about society's problems- but so did Grandmaster Flash.


Tupac- while making those songs, also made songs about guns, gangs hoes etc. (which you hate other rppers for doing)


Grandmaster Flash did none of that.


So why is he regarded as the best?

Tupac revolutionized west coast and gangster rap and he raps about everything and there is nobody else like Tupac
it was just enigma to the point that 2 pac made a name for himself, infact ironically its the first time i've heared of grand master flash!!
