I am making a documentary, and I want to include several flash video clips. The problem is that the quality of the video is so much worse than my studio captured clips. How can I make these flash clips closer to standard def?How can I remove pixelization and increase quality of my flash video clips?
Unfortunately, besides the minor help you could get interpoling in After Effects Pro, you're pretty stuck here. It's not inherantly a Flash problem as if you had normal video at flash sizes you'd have the same issue; Flash is just the medium.
