It plugs directly into the OBD II port on the drivers side under the dash. It's a rectangular connector 1'; X 2';. Really no reason to remove the speed governor on a V6 Mustang. Good Luck
It plugs into the diagnostic port under the dash.The one i used on my Mustang Gt came with instructions.It takes about 10 minutes to do.
