I want to make a flash drop down menu using the adobe dreamweaver cs3. is ths possible? i want to scroll over the option and a list of items drop down. i'm sure you have seen it. anyway i can do this on dreamweaver without adobe flash? or is there another program out there i can use to accomplish this? Adobe Flash is the only program that allows you to make Flash... to your own liking.

If you want to make a Flash anything, you need Flash.
But a dropdown menu on mouseover isn't flash, it's plain old HTML, CSS and javascript. Learn them and you'll know how to make it.
