How do I install adobe flash player x?

I've been having quite a bit of trouble trying to download this. Either the flash movie will not play or I will get a pop up saying ';Active x is blocked on this site for being used in an unsafe manner';

Click on download now and allow installation it should fix it

Most likely the video is not safe it will download a virus to your computer if you allow it the active x controller. Best advice don't click on it. But if it is a trusted site you can allow it. Regarding flash player go directly to the Adobe website and download it then follow the instructions.
