How do you flash the computer on 1996 dodge neon?

It was suggested to flash the computer on my 1996 dodge neon to try and start it firing again. (it overheated and now wont fire.) How do I flash it? I have changed the cam sensor, crank sensor %26amp; coil. Or any other suggestions Please advise, How to Flash computer.

a dealer has to flash the computer on it, reading the codes wont make it restart,you can read the codes with a scanner,but a dealer has to do re-flash on it,good luck.How do you flash the computer on 1996 dodge neon?
I think you turn it on-off-on-off-on and count the servive engine lamp lashes. That will give a number then go to Neons.org and they have all the codes listed on their site.
